This week I’m chatting about social media and how it affects us. I’m diving into how spending hours of our precious time online can lead to so many disappointments as well as our loss of time. Specifically, how comparison can lead to lack of confidence and lack of confidence can lead to a negative outlook and sometimes an early burnout.
Towards the end of our time together, I share a little challenge with you. A social media detox challenge where you can strive to spend less time weekly on the apps that enslave us. I cannot wait to hear from you in the comments below if you try this and how it worked for you!

Social Media Detox Challenge
Go into your iPhone and check your screen time. The goal is to reduce this percentage by 25%. It’s totally doable. It helps to add “app limits” by following the steps below. Each day when you reach the time limit you set up for that app you will get a notice and can extend the time if needed.
