154 | Top 5 Tools I Use Every Week in My Business

This week, I thought I would share with you my top five favorite tools that I use right now in my business. Hopefully, this helps you with some shortcuts and maybe some hacks that you might be struggling with in your business. These are proven solutions that I promise you I use every single week and can’t honestly imagine doing my business without. So let’s dive right in.

Quick Note on Affiliate Links

Before we dive right in, the links to all of these tools—my affiliate links—will be at the bottom of this blog. Feel free to click through and check out all of these tools for yourself and see if you don’t think they would work for you.

1. Repurpose

The first tool is called Repurpose. This platform allows you to connect all of your social media accounts and automate the distribution of your content. For example, it can automatically save your Instagram Reels to a Google Drive folder, removing the watermark so they’re ready to use on other platforms. I also use it to store my YouTube videos, which makes them easy to repurpose into shorter clips for Facebook or other platforms. Repurpose is a lifesaver, keeping my content safe and accessible.

2. PinClicks

Next up is PinClicks, a tool I’ve been using for about three months. It’s fantastic for Pinterest users, allowing you to study top-performing pins based on keywords, engagement rates, and other stats. You can do keyword research, save favorite pins, and analyze pin stats to create effective content. Tony Hill, the creator, is constantly updating it with new features. If you’re focusing on Pinterest, this tool is a must-have.

3. Flodesk

Flodesk is my go-to email platform. It offers a wide range of features including templates, links to products, sales funnels, forms, workflows, and detailed analytics. The best part is that it has a flat-rate pricing model, so you don’t have to worry about costs increasing with your subscriber count. I switched from ConvertKit due to cost concerns and have been thrilled with Flodesk’s performance. You can get it for half off using my link, making it an affordable and powerful email marketing solution.

4. Save with Cindy Amazon Shop

My friend KariAnne introduced me to Save with Cindy Shop, a site that curates daily Amazon deals. This is incredibly useful if you share Amazon affiliate links. The site provides the coupon codes and discount details, so all you need to do is attach your affiliate link. I use these deals in my weekly emails and social media posts. It’s a great resource for finding and sharing deals quickly and easily.

5. Meet Edgar

Last but not least, Meet Edgar is my favorite tool for scheduling social media posts. It allows you to create content categories (like Easter, Fall, Thanksgiving) and schedule posts in a round-robin format. This means once you add your content, it will keep recycling through your scheduled posts, ensuring you always have fresh content without having to re-enter it constantly. Meet Edgar simplifies my social media management and keeps my content strategy running smoothly.

Embrace Technology and Tools

I encourage you to embrace these technology and tools. Let them help you take the weight off your back with some of the work that we do in content creation. It’s not always easy, but there are shortcuts and hacks, and that’s what I’m here for—to help you out.. Until next time, happy blogging!
